Of the appointment with the medical expert

As promised, we went for the appointment with the doc on Saturday, 25th March 2012. Registered at 10 a.m. to know that the doc will be coming around 1130. We then decided to go for breakfast at Papparich nearby. We took our own sweet time and went back to the clinic. There were 5 ppl inside waiting at that time.we went into the clinic and joined the crowd. More ppl coming in to register and the Kakak on duty said that the doc might come in late due to an emergency. Ade org nk deliver. FYI, we were supposed to board a flight back to my hometown at approx. 3p.m. And upon hearing that, I told my husband and I was contemplating whether to wait or to leave and come again done other time. But my husb calmed me down and he decided to wait and later we ll see how it goes. So finally after waiting for few hours the doc made an appearance at 1p.m. The Kakak called the patient b4 me as I was told that my turn will b 2nd! Yeay i was relieved. My name was called at 1.30p.m. Thank God. Greeted the doc and she was smiling widely and apologised that she had to attend her patient who was in labor b4 coming to the clinic. Upon seeing her, I knew already that I would love her. She started the consultation by asking our details, how long hv we been married, and etc etc. n later she said, "Jom, let's see what is the prob actually" so I was asked to lie down for her to do the scan with my husband standing next to me. Moments later, she showed me the screen and she was saying that there was a mass inside my uterus cavity and she suspected that it is maybe due to endometriotic cysts and that has be cleared in order for me to get pregnant. This is because due to that mass in my uterus, there is no place for the implantation to occur and maybe that is why I am still not pregnant yet. I was calm upon hearing that and after the scanning was over, we were seated back. The doc suggested for immediate surgery on Monday. Mind u we met her on Saturday. Gile kn. fortunately the OR was fully booked so she scheduled me for Tuesday morning session. We filled in the form after she explained to me if the procedures that will take place on Tuesday. She also asked my husband to produce his cement and later we were asked to come back after we were done. Off we went home. And that started all the teary eyes moments. I was so scared. In fact I was thinking abt death and what is the surgery is not successful that I would lose a lot of blood and etc etc. to cut the story shorter, Alhamdulillah the surgery went well. I did throw up once after the surgery. Berkampung at hospital fr Monday ptg until Friday. My husband was there throughout my stay. Thank u love. Burst into tears every time my relatives came to visit or whenever I felt helpless and hopeless for not being able to stand on my own. In fact I need assistance to even lift my upper body to sit. Was on urine catheter for the first two days and after its removal, went to pee in the toilet. Hard moments actually. That include coughing and sneezing and even laughing. All very hard moments to endure as I had to control coz the pain was still strong. Got lucrin injection on the 3rd day to stimulate the endometriosis to go away. Hopefully insyaAllah. All in all it was a priceless experience to a person who never gets admitted to the hospital before. Thank you Allah for making it good to me.and due to that surgery I was given a 6 week MC. :)))

I am touched!

I am in the middle of marking my students' work when I came across this. I can't believe that I have in any way affected my student's life. It made my day knowing that at least there is a student appreciating my work. Alhamdulillah. This has somewhat motivated me to become a better teacher to all my dear students.

Of February 2012

Welcoming the second month of 2012 by going back to beloved hometown. As expected,we splurged a lot on food! Oh how I love my hometown and most importantly I love the food offered! Apart from that, we also had our 'scheduled' visit to the shopping places and yes,damage done as well. I am one happy girl when it comes to buying kain for my favourite attire to work- kurung :) yippie yay!

In the middle of month, it was when we had our unplanned weekend getaway at Marriott Hotel, Putrajaya. I love everything about the place. We were offered the best deal for the executive deluxe room where we got to enjoy the exec lounge and yes, it was amazing I tell u. We've got the chance to have served the bfast at the exec lounge. I love the fact that we dont have to go downstairs to have bfast and of course for the privacy part but in terms of the food spread, I think it was not worthat all. The selection was kinda limited compared to the normal ones down below. I am a fan of their bfast buffet! Other than that, we also took the chance to go to their spa as recommended by my colleague. We were put at the same room to enjoy the body massage for an hour. Overall we truly enjoyed the massage. It was very good! Anddddd, the effect of the massage- I got my menses the next day which was supposed to come in 4 days time. I was surprised and I was positive that it was due to the massage I had. Little did I know that this has actually meant something shocking to me. I had the worst period pain ever. In fact I had to cancel my afternoon class coz the pain was unbearable. I could not wait any longer and that I decided to go back home, looked for my painkiller. Though it didn't work for me this time. Husband was at a course in Saujana Subang and he constantly asked whether I wanted him to come home. I refused saying that I could handle. Boy, of course I wanted him but I just didn't want to spoil his attendance of the course. The next day, I took an EL coz I simply could not bear the pain and I didn't want to appear sick and useless in front of my kids. Due to the unbearable pain, I have finally decided that it us time to get myself checked. Called the nearby specialist clinic for appointment on Friday night and was later told that the doc had to leave for emergency operation and was asked to come the next day, Saturday, 25th February. We went to the clinic to find out....,.

Of 2012

I can't believe that my last post was in November 2011.and that simply means that I haven't blogged anything yet in the year 2012.very bad. Nway, we are approaching April soon and what I can say I that 2012 has been pretty good to me. A lot of things have happened and I am cherishing every single moment of it. To begin with, celebrated new year at PIL's place as they organized a makan2 event to celebrate the success of little SIL who managed to get 5As for UPSR n also managed to secure a place at a boarding school in here in Selangor. Congrats girl and do make use of the chance given wisely.

CNY 2012
Went to Alor Setar for BIL's merisik cum engagement ceremony. Managed to go to the famous Pekan Rabu and also fetched my little sister who's studying in Sg Petani. Alhamdulillah the ceremony went well. Initially I persuaded my to go to Penang for a while but unfortunately time did not permit. On our way back, we did try our luck to try the famous "Mee Udang Mak Jah Kuala Sepetang" but again we were surprised with the crowd there at that place. Cancelled the plan and later dropped by at my SIL's for Maghrib prayer. Continued the journey home and arrived at PIL's place at 11 p.m.

salam aidiladha

Salam Aidiladha to everyone. I am back at work after a short break for hari raya. Celebrated (the most accurate one is spent) my break at in laws place this yr as aidilfitri was celebrated (happily) at my hometown. speaking of being fair and square. spent time marking the students' assignments and keying in the marks. so, mission accomplished successfully. alhamdulillah for that. and also, Aunt Flo came visit on Saturday, 2 days earlier than the expected date as not to give me hope that i am pregnant. failed for this cycle tho i suspected(which is not pon anyways) that i was pregnant. false alarm again this time around. its okay. lets not give up. keep on trying. husband is fine with whatever outcome as he always says that he pon tak puas jalan2 lagi with me and while shower-ing, i asked him, "what if i cannot get pregnant, will you marry another woman?" confidently he said, ":no of course. unless la we are not normal and u r not able to provide me that (s**) as long as we are like this, i am okay". he continued," let say kite tak dpt anak, kite lari pegi overseas kay" "Nak!!" i answered. hehe. see told ya, i have the bestest husband in the world. Alhamdulillah. :))

happy birthday to my dearest husband who turned 28 yesterday. I wish you all the very best in life. May Allah grant you with long life, absolute happiness and most importantly rezeki yang halal. Semoga b menjadi orang kaya yang beriman. Thanks for being with me through thick and thin, for standing strong with me no matter what and for everything you have done and will do in future. we celebrated his birthday at Tony Roma's Yap Kwan Seng,KL. food was good as usual and we failed to finish all and had to tapau the food home. and that shall be our dinner for tonight. hehehe. speaking of tak elok membazir. hehehehe

Alhamdulillah, we successfully had our post-raya makan makan event at our humble crib last Saturday, 1st of Oct 2011. We invited the relatives as well as some close friends. We didn't invite a lot of guests as we decided to give it a try first since this was the first time we had to handle the quite big event ourselves. up above are some of the photos of the food during the event. the first two were prepared by me. all gone. yours truly got the chance to rase satu suap jek. haruss buat lagi. hehe. as for the main course, both soto and satay were bought and only bolognaise spaghetti was cooked by yours truly. once again, alhamdulillah food was enough and tak membazir.
